We had a terrific experience with Builder Jones, and would highly recommend them to anyone starting a new project. When we began our project, by meeting with contractors and builders, we struggled to find someone that we felt we could trust with our project (and our home) - but after our first meeting with the team at Builder Jones, we felt like we were in good hands. During our project our home was badly damaged by some unforeseen bad weather and we were left feeling very vulnerable and scared. Builder Jones stepped up in a big way and helped us navigate a very tough situation. It was nice feeling like they had our best interest at heart, and good to know someone was always only a phone call away. From the leadership team down to our project manager we were reassured at every step, and when all was said and done, we feel like the final result exceeded our expectations in every way! We love our new addition, and our ‘unexpected’ remodel made our existing space so much more functional. We were initially unsure how long we would stay in our current space, but after the addition and remodel, we’re likely to stay and enjoy our home for years to come!
